We wanted to cross the road this morning at the pedestrian sign but no car stopped for a long while when a lovely English traveler finally asked me if we had to pass a test to get a driving licence...?
The answer was yes!
Theoretical written test + Practical training-minimum 32 hours + Practical test and money (corruption)for passing it!
Changing Communist heritage may take a long time..
