RONALD REAGAN IN BUDAPEST

A statue of Ronald Reagan is being erected in Budapest, outside the US Embassy on the 100th anniversary of his birth.
Reagan played a big role in the fall of Communism. He and Gorbachev made a real breakthrough in the arms race.
The Treaty they signed eliminated nuclear and conventional ground-launched ballistic
and cruise missiles with intermediate ranges of between 300-3,400 miles.

This is the second American president who has statue in Budapest.
